Built by a runner,

I ran 800m competitively through high school varsity and represented South Africa on multiple occasions. Track taught me the discipline of pace, effort and recovery — lessons that translate directly to marathon training.

After Covid, like many runners, I stepped away. Getting back into shape — losing fitness and rebuilding it — has happened enough times that I've become something of an expert at it. That experience is baked into how Run Farst handles return-to-form athletes.

I built Run Farst because every app I tried was either an algorithm pretending to be a coach, or an enterprise platform that made simple things complicated. The goal was simple: give athletes the experience of working with a real coach, without the barriers.
